Welcome

Britannia Choral Society is a mixed choir based in the beautiful coastal town of Dartmouth in Devon.

The choir normally performs two or three concerts a year: one or two in November or December and one in March or April. We rehearse weekly in St. Clement’s Church, Dartmouth between September and Easter. Our repertoire ranges from the 17th to the 21st centuries with an emphasis on music that is fun to sing and which pleases our audiences.

Introducing our new Musical Director

Britannia Choral Society are excited to announce that Mr. Jeremy Kenyon has agreed to join us as Musical Director.

Jeremy is well suited to lead us, having enjoyed a distinguished musical career in both performance and teaching. He has sung, broadcast and recorded both as a soloist and with some of the top choirs in Europe. A graduate of Music and French, Jeremy completed his postgraduate studies with distinction at the Royal Academy of Music in 2009. He has taught extensively and with his broad approach to music, Jeremy has both the skills and the talent to inspire and develop our choir.
