We are delighted to introduce Jeremy Kenyon as the new Musical Director of Britannia Choral Society.
Jeremy has enjoyed a distinguished musical career in both performance and teaching. He has sung, broadcast and recorded both as a soloist and with some of the top choirs in Europe including Les Arts Florissants, the Monteverdi Choir and the Academy of Ancient Music. No stranger to the choral repertoire, Jeremy has been a lay clerk/choral scholar at no less than three cathedrals including St. Paul’s and Merton College Oxford.
A graduate of Music and French, Jeremy completed his postgraduate studies at the Royal Academy of Music in 2009 where he obtained distinction in a Diploma of Performance in Opera.
Jeremy has taught extensively, including the National Youth Choir of Great Britain Boys’ Choir and at a number of Oxford colleges.
